Ingredients食材料
For Pulut糯米部份;
400g glutinous rice 糯米
200g coconut milk 椰奶
150ml water 水
1 tsp salt 盐
some pandan leaves一些香兰叶
35 pieces blue pea flowers 蓝豌豆花
200 ml water 水
For Coconut Fillings椰子馅部份;
120g grated coconut椰丝
100g palm sugar棕榈糖
200ml water水
1/4 tsp salt 盐
pandan leaf (knotted)香兰叶(打结)
1 tsp cornstarch玉米淀粉
1 tbsp water水

    It was perfect except that the coffe was so strong it tasted bitter. I guess you either decrease the coffee or increase the sugar. Not sure which is better.
